NASPO ValuePoint selected CGI to provide cloud-based enterprise resource planning tech to states through NASPO ValuePoint’s procurement initiative.

The procurement initiative is designed to facilitate public procurement solicitations and agreement. By using cooperative contacting, states can  leverage their spending through a single solicitation that obtains the best pricing and contract terms.

Since being named an eligible cloud solutions provider, CGI Advantage360 is now available to participating states. The solution is CGI’s SaaS deployment offering of its enterprise resource planning solution specifically built for U.S. state and local government, is now available to the more than 35 states participating in NASPO ValuePoint’s cooperative purchasing program.

The CGI Advantage360 solution includes software, support, services, and hosting delivered via a SaaS-based cloud offering. The cloud is supplemented by business process services designed to address the specific needs of midsized local governments. According to CGI, this offering balances the  need for price, flexibility, and functionality, which also allowing the solution to grow and evolve with the local government.
