Rob Lloyd, who has been the chief technology officer (CTO) and director of information technology for the city of Seattle since 2024, is stepping away from those positions to become executive director of the Center for Digital Government (CDG).

The city of Seattle, Wash., has named Rob Lloyd as its new interim chief technology officer (CTO) and director of the Information Technology Department (IT) after a national search.
