KC Roestenberg

KC Roestenberg has been with the County since 2007. Previously, KC was the regional Director of IT Services with ACS State and Local Solutions. He also has held a variety of positions with both ACS and Lockheed Martin. In the course of his career, KC has supported County IT for more than 30 years. He has been responsible for numerous technology projects and initiatives, including the relocation of the County’s Data Center; coordinating Y2K efforts; and disaster recovery efforts after Hurricane Katrina.

Previously, as the Director of Managed Service Delivery, KC oversaw the OC Data Center and the delivery of network, voice, service desk, and desktop support by the managed service vendors. Most recently, as the Assistant CIO, he provided support to both the Executive Management team and the CIO for enterprise IT solutions.

KC’s role as CIO makes him responsible for leading the OCIT team and for providing direction on achieving OCIT’s mission.
